Description
Mechanical Design Engineer required for manufacturer and designer of large vehicle parts (Steel) based in Deeside. The successful candidate will ideally be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience on top as a Design Engineer using SolidWorks. You will be the sole Design Engineer but training can be provided by the Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company who have just opened a new modern facility in Deeside which in turn will mean plenty of progression opportunities moving forward.

Supporting the team with your technical knowledge

Designing large vehicle parts
Getting involved in projects
Liaising with site in Germany with occasional visits and teams calls
Mechanical Design Engineer Job Requirements
Degree served in a mechanical engineering subject
Strong SolidWorks skills
Must be in a commutable distance of Holywell
Ideally experience as a Design Engineer
Mechanical Design Engineer Salary & Benefits
Salary dependent on experience but likely £30k-£40k
40 hours per week Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30
Can be flexible with hybrid working once trained
