Description

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you will be tasked with the following;

Develop and design mechanical systems and components to meet project specifications.Create detailed technical drawings and documentation using Autocad and Inventor software.Collaborate with cross–functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.Conduct performance analysis and testing of mechanical systems to ensure functionality and quality.Provide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly process.Identify and implement improvements to optimise designs and reduce production costs.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to source materials and manage project timelines.Profile

A successful Mechanical Design Engineer should have:

A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed technical drawings.Experience in designing mechanical systems within the industrial or manufacturing industry.Strong problem–solving skills and a methodical approach to design challenges.Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.Good communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.Job Offer
