Description
Leatherhead, Surrey
A well–established print and design company in Leatherhead is seeking a Fabric & Textile Supervisor to lead its embroidery and fabric printing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Running and maintaining fabric and embroidery machinery
Overseeing embroidery, sewing, and direct–to–garment printing processes
Developing new textile products for commercial and internal use
Creating and delivering staff training programmes
Ensuring high standards in production, safety, and quality control
Supporting day–to–day team coordination and workflow management
Requirements:
Print background ideally some knowledge of textile/aparrel
Strong knowledge of textile/apparel manufacturing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication, problem–solving, and organisational skills
Experience supervising or training staff is desirable
