• Working with a Bridgeport style miller, requiring proficiency and confidence in operating this machinery
• Experience with a centre lathe, particularly with screwcutting capabilities
• Familiarity with a capstan lathe, ensuring a versatile skill set that can adapt to various machining tasks
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Strong problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and effective solutions to any challenges that arise
The position offers a day shift schedule, totalling 39 hours per week, providing a balanced work-life routine. Employees are entitled to 28 days of holiday, ensuring ample time for rest and personal pursuits. Additionally, the role includes a profit share scheme, allowing employees to benefit directly from the company's success
