We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our client a fast-paced manufacturing company based in Trentham., you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating machine in a safe and efficient manner

* Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance

* Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

* Report any malfunctions or mechanical issues to the maintenance team

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards

* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a machine operating or manufacturing role preferred

* Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to work independently and follow instructions

* Strong attention to detail

* Factory experience including shift work

* Basic administrative skills

* Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance checks

Shift: Rotating 2-shift schedule (6:00am–2:00pm Mon-Friday and 1:45pm–10:15pm Mon-Thurs, 1:45pm to 7:15pm Fri)
