Location – Sittingbourne, Kent

Temporary Permanent

Salary – GBP12.41 per hour Overtime is paid at time and a half.

Shift pattern: 6 am–2 pm and 2 pm–10 pm

Temporary to Permanent

My client a prominent player in the metal finishing industry is actively seeking to hire a Linisher Operatives to join their expanding team.

Full training is provided; however, the ideal candidate will be able to use a variety of hand tools including hand grinders, drills, and wire cutters.

Duties and responsibilities for the role of Linisher Operative

General handling of metal products Hand wiring and grinding of products Involvement in the metal finishing process Inspection of products to ensure excellent quality products are produced for customers Maintain a safe and tidy work environment Manual handling heavy lifting will be part of this position

Person specification for the role of Linisher Operative

Positive with a can–do attitude Happy to work in a physically demanding position Able to work as part of a team Good communication skills Previous experience in working in manufacturing, production, yard operative or similar roles
