The Role:

As a Lamination Process Technician – Level 3, you'll play a key role in ensuring our lamination process runs at peak performance. You'll be responsible for machine setup, output, and shift leadership, producing high–quality materials to strict standards, while coaching others and maintaining safety and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate lamination machines to meet production targetsMonitor quality, perform inspections, and adjust settings as neededLead and plan shift operations for maximum efficiencyMaintain high housekeeping standards and BRCGS complianceTrain and mentor team members to boost capabilityAct as Responsible Person, First Aider, and Fire Marshall during your shiftComplete accurate production paperwork and carry out quality control checksMinimise downtime, manage materials, and ensure a smooth shift handoverEnsure all SOPs and Health & Safety procedures are strictly followed

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in lamination within manufacturing (blown film extrusion/flexo printing a plus)Strong mechanical/technical skills and ability to run high–speed machineryGreat attention to detail and problem–solving abilitiesComfortable working in a fast–paced environmentReliable, proactive, and a strong team playerSolid organisational skills and a willingness to learnStrong communication skills (written and verbal English essential)Competent in basic IT systemsLeadership ability – coaching, mentoring, and shift oversightBonus Points For:
