About the Job:

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real impact in a dynamic team? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a leader in the Transport & Logistics sector, is seeking a Membership Services Officer to join their friendly team in Kings Cross, London.

What Will You Do?

As a Membership Services Officer, you will play a vital role in our Member Services team by:

Processing Insurance Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with attention to detail.

Customer Support: Respond to general enquiries from customers via phone, email, or letter.

Information Requests: Provide customers with information about our client's products and services.

Claim Processing: Oversee direct debits and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

What We're Looking For:

Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role.

Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential.

Strong Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and computer literacy skills.

Competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £27,000 per year, depending on experience (increasing after probation)
