Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.

Knowledge of health and safety practices, particularly in volunteer settings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).

Full UK driving licence.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are…

A confident, clear communicator who can build trust across diverse communities.

Passionate about public green spaces and equitable access for all.

A proactive problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude.

Adaptable - able to switch between big-picture planning and on-the-ground delivery.
