Highway Maintenance / Countryside / Machine Operative

Based at Newton on Trent, near Lincoln, RSM Maintenance carry out a diverse range of Highway Maintenance works throughout Lincolnshire. We work with a range of partners including local authorities & other supply chain partners to improve the quality and safety of the counties roads.

An opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Highway Maintenance Operative / Ganger. The successful candidate will be depot-based, operating in a two-man team to ensure safety of site, self and colleagues, quality of work and production. This role has a particular focus on reactive maintenance works & Countryside Maintenance.

The successful candidate will need to hold a full UK driving license, it would also be beneficial to have relevant industry qualifications (e.g. CSCS, NRSWA), and also be Cat and Genny trained (desirable) and also have abrasive wheels training (desirable).

The role is based on a standard 45 hours a week, with overtime available when required paid at time & a half over the agreed salary.
