An award-winning AV solutions provider is seeking a Graduate Marketing Assistant to join its expanding team. You will have creative freedom to shape and lead a digital content from idea to creation, career development opportunities with the potential to progress into a senior digital marketing role and flexible working hours with the possible hybrid working.

This is a dynamic role in a respected AV company with national reach, working in a supportive team environment with learning opportunities from experienced professionals. Currently the Finalists in the Industry specific AV Awards, the company has also been awarded a "high commendation" from its customers in education and from its Technical Partners alike and has achieved many of the industry’s accreditation.

As the Graduate Marketing Assistant your duties will include:

Assisting in updating and maintaining the company website with user-friendly and engaging content

Capturing and editing digital photography and short videos from project sites and company events

Creating short-form videos such as vlogs, Reels, and TikToks to highlight installations and company stories

Developing content for social media platforms to grow audience engagement and raise brand awareness

Using AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly) to support content creation and idea generation

Writing copy for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts

Supporting in managing social media accounts and tracking performance metrics

Assisting in designing branded collateral, visual content, and presentations

We’re looking for a Graduate Marketing Assistant with:

A recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or Design

Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or similar platforms

Comfortable with video editing and photography

Passionate about emerging tech trends and creative content

Curious about using AI tools

Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for technical and professional audiences

Organised, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

In return you will receive a salary of up to £28,000 pa plus bonus and pension.
