Job Description:

As a food factory operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial blending machines to mix ingredients according to precise recipes and production standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product consistency, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor blending machines and equipment

Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to production instructions

Ensure proper blending of products based on recipes and batch records

Maintain accurate records of batches and production logs

Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas according to food safety standards

Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times

Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality control staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food manufacturing or blending environment preferred

Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail

Comfortable working in a physically active role (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

Basic math and measuring skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work in a factory environment with varying temperatures
