FLT, Production and Quality Operator

Description

Are you detail–oriented, safety–conscious, and looking for a hands–on role in a fast–paced production environment? We're currently seeking a Temporary Quality Sorting Operative to support day–to–day operations within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Contract Type: Temporary (ongoing)

Location: Rugby

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 7am–7pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain both manual and automated product sorting processesInspect product quality and identify nonconformitiesManage stock control of sorted and unsorted materialsLabel finished products accurately and efficientlyUse systems such as PDS, SAP, Infinity, and production databasesSupport continuous improvement initiativesMaintain high standards of housekeeping and food safetyAttend relevant quality assurance meetings as requiredManage packaging in the sorting area to ensure smooth workflowFLT responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and EnglishFluent in written and spoken EnglishIntermediate computer skillsFamiliarity with ISO, HACCP, or FSSC systems is advantageousPrevious experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance is a plusA proactive, safety–first mindset and a keen eye for detail
