Field Service Engineer

Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a growing engineering company that supplies, installs, and maintains specialist equipment across the UK. This is a hands–on, customer–facing role with a competitive salary of 36,000 – 40,000 depending on experience.

The Role:

You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at client sites, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently. This will include diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, and providing technical support directly to customers. The position offers variety, with travel across multiple locations and the chance to work on both mechanical and electrical systems.

Hours of Work:

Monday – Friday, field–based with travel to customer sites (40–hour work week)Occasional weekend or after–hours work may be requiredHome–based with regular visits to the office for van restocking and related tasksApplicant Requirements:
