Factory Operative – 12.21 per hour Monday to Friday Temp–to–Perm Opportunity
We're currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well–established manufacturing and production business located near Maldon, Essex.
This is a fantastic temp–to–perm opportunity with a company that values hard work, team spirit, and growth.
Position Details:
Temp–to–perm: Permanent contract offered after a successful 3–month probation via agencyFull–time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMHourly rate: 12.21
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading machineryPerforming basic assembly using hand toolsMoving materials through production stagesSupporting operations within the spray bay area
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a hands–on, factory, or production rolePhysically fit and comfortable with manual tasksA positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
