We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual ready to kick-start their career in finance. You don’t need loads of experience — just the right attitude, strong GCSEs or A-Levels (especially in Maths), and a willingness to learn.

You’ll be trained and supported every step of the way while working toward a professional finance qualification like AAT or ACCA — all while gaining hands-on experience in a friendly, flexible team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll learn how to:

* Work with financial data and systems to support our Claims and Service teams

* Help prepare daily and monthly financial reports

* Reconcile payments and make sure our numbers match up

* Manage and respond to finance-related questions from other teams

* Get involved in finance projects and real-world business challenges

* Build a strong foundation in accounting systems

* Prepare important reports (called Bordereaux) and assist with audits

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is confident using Excel (or keen to learn it)

* Has a strong eye for detail and enjoys working with numbers

* Can stay organised and meet deadlines

* Is curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions

* Has completed 3 A Levels (or equivalent) – including Math’s – or is on track to

* Is ready to work towards a professional qualification with our full support

No experience in finance is needed — we’ll teach you what you need to know!
