Our long–established client in Faringdon is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hands–on individual to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of various facilities and events

Facilities Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections across sites to ensure safety and compliance Supervise and support the Leisure Services team Assist in the setup and running of events Manage external contractors and ensure all venues are safe, clean, and operational Facilities Supervisor Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in supervising staff and managing daily operations Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures Practical ability to perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and facility checks Confidence using email and standard IT systems A full UK driving licence A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative Facilities Supervisor Working Hours:

Monday Friday, 08 00
