Facilities Assistant - Permanent opportunity - 37.5 hours Monday to Friday - £25,000 - Benefits; Pension, Holidays, onsite parking, excellent working environment
We have a very rare and exciting opportunity for someone to join our Client on a permanent basis in their facilities team.
The successful Facilities Assistant will be responsible for;
Working closely with the shop floor keeping their environment nice and tidy
Making sure unused bits of material is recycled in the correct manner
Helping to keep the outdoor area trim and presentable
Using a sit on lawn mower and strimmer for the hedges
Operating an automatic floor polisher
Lifting and moving furniture when required
Generally taking pride in the company site and keeping it looking outstanding
Any other duties as requested by your Manager - helping out on the shop floor
Responsible for unlocking and locking up the building
Driving a small van maybe required
You will be working in the cleanest of environments while taking pride in the overall site.
The position will be working Monday to Thursday 7.30am til 4pm and Fridays 7.30am til 2.30pm.
