Fabricator Welder

Description

Our client are looking for fabricators to join their team. You will be for providing additional support for the metal fabrication side of the business, this will include welding (both MIG & TIG) along with operating and running a brake press.

There will also be the opportunity to develop your skills further and learn how to operate and run our CNC’s & Laser, should this be of interest. The more open you are to upskilling, and having a flexible, positive outlook, the more interested invested in you

You will work with a friendly and hard working team of individuals, who are always willing to support one another.

Key responsibilities and traits include:

• Efficient running of a brake press

• Welding

• Interpreting technical drawings/documents

• Ensure operations conform with the company’s health and safety standards

• Ensuring you consistently and accurately log projects with timesheet reporting

• Be fully competent welder and fabricator

• Be experienced user of brake press

• Know when to escalate • have a positive outlook

• Have a ‘can do’ attitude

Pay/Benefits

• £16-£18 p/h (depending on experience) • Potential for overtime during busy periods at 1.5x

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 08.00 to 17.00, Friday 08.00 to 14.00
