Job Title: Drop Forge Driver

Location: Cradley Heath

Pay Rate: £13.30 - £14.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Drop Forge Driver to join a well-established manufacturing team in Cradley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in forging operations and a strong understanding of industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate drop forge machinery safely and efficiently

Load and unload materials into the forge press

Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

Inspect forged components for quality and accuracy

Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

Previous experience operating drop forge machinery (essential)

Strong understanding of forging processes and safety protocols

Good attention to detail and quality control

Reliable, punctual, and a team player
