Location: Multi–site (Various Quarries Across the Region of Shropshire and surrounding areas)

Role Responsibilities Driller:

Operate Drill Rigs and equipment to bore holes to precise depths and measurements according to drilling plans Conduct pre–start checks and ensure all machinery is operated in line with health and safety regulations Change drill bits, hammers, and manage lifting and moving of equipment as required on–site Record and monitor drilling data using a drilling log system Work as part of a close–knit operations team across multiple quarry sites Identify and report any near misses, accidents, or potential hazards to maintain a zero–harm environment Maintain a proactive and professional attitude while adapting to different site layouts and conditions Key Requirements:

Ideally some prior experience in drilling downhole drilling preferred, but top hammer experience also acceptable We will also consider applications from Driller s Mates looking to take the next step in their career Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to site travel) Flexibility to work across different sites and adapt to changing operational demands Eager to learn and develop within a technical and highly regulated environment Able to work independently and as part of a team in all weather conditions Health & Safety–conscious with a positive attitude to compliance and continuous improvement Ready to drill down into a rewarding new career?
