About the Role

Assist in ensuring that the despatch department is well organised, professional and efficient Assist with the operation of the Wienerberger Text & Collect service Provide counter assistance for our incoming / outgoing deliveries & customer collections Data entry and filing Provide administrative support to the office and factory managers Handling of visitors to site plus incoming calls and taking messages where necessary Ensure visitors have observed health and safety procedures Preparing rooms for meetings, providing refreshments and / or buffets as required Provide SAP cover when required Provide holiday/sickness cover when requested Hours of Work: 10.30am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday

What You ll Do

Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) skills Good telephone manner Excellent administration skills The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise your workload effectively Excellent communication skills The ability to work well under your own initiative Works well under time pressures Strong organisational & planning abilities Possess high standards, a passion for improvement and a target/delivery focused approach About our Benefits

Annual salary for part–time work–pattern GBP12,690.
