Job Title: Cold Roll Forming Operative (Afternoon Shift)

Location: Kingswinford

Salary: 13.00 – 14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their production team with an experienced Cold Roll Forming Operative.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for long–term employment with the potential for a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining cold roll forming machinery as part of the afternoon shift. You will work in a fast–paced production environment where attention to detail, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up cold roll forming machines in accordance with job specificationsOperate machines to produce steel profiles and componentsConduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and standardsPerform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure continuous operationAdjust settings and tools to accommodate changes in product type or specificationsKeep accurate production and maintenance recordsMaintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policiesWork collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targetsRequirements:

Proven experience operating cold roll forming machinery or similar production equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and the ability to carry out basic machine maintenanceAbility to read and interpret technical drawings or job sheets is advantageousHigh attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workGood understanding of workplace health and safety standardsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyWillingness to work a fixed afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday)A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team–oriented environmentBenefits:
