Description

Set and operate CNC Lathes to produce components to specified tolerances.

Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

Perform routine checks on CNC equipment.

Ensure all production meets quality assurance standards.

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.

Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.Profile

A successful CNC Setter/Operator should have:

Proven experience in CNC setting and operating

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of health and safety practices in an industrial environment.

A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.Job Offer

Salary in the range of £30,000 to £33,000 DOE

Double Days shifts - 38hour week

Week 1

06:00 - 14:00 Monday -Thursday

06:00 - 12:00 Friday

Week 2

14:00 - 22:00 Monday - Thursday

12:00 - 18:00 Friday
