Description

Following a recent team change, we are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our clients manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a range of CNC machines to support and enhance our production capabilities. Your primary objective will be to produce high–quality components while maximising spindle uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate high–speed CNC machines for milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, and related tasksOversee and operate additional machine shop equipment as requiredEnsure all necessary tooling, fixtures, and CNC programs are prepared before starting productionAccurately record production data, including quantities and scrap, on relevant documentationMaintain high standards of quality and output throughout the production processInterpret mechanical drawings and specifications to understand job requirementsPerform basic program edits and manage tool tablesTake full ownership of component quality and associated recordsMonitor, check, and replace tooling and cutters as neededLoad raw materials and components into machinesMonitor and refill lubricant levelsApply knowledge of 3–axis and 4–axis CNC machining and Renishaw probing systemsAdhere to all company safety procedures and operational protocols

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience operating CNC machineryStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailGood communication skills and the ability to meet deadlinesA proactive, organised, and self–motivated approach to work

What We Offer:
