We’re on the lookout for Manufacturing Operatives to join our client’s dedicated team in Bourton-on-the-Water. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an employee-owned business offering long-term stability, excellent benefits, and room to grow.

Responsibilities as a Manufacturing Operative:

Working on a fast-paced manufacturing line

Achieving daily production schedules and performance targets

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation

Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Using ERP systems to support production and stock accuracy

Skills required as a Manufacturing Operative:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

Excellent communication skills

A positive, proactive, and energetic approach

Motivated, flexible, and a strong team player

The details:

Salary: £12.21 - £13 p/h

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:45am – 3:00pm

Location: Bourton-on-the-Water

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
