DC Personnel are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives in Leicester

Initial temporary contract with potential to go permanent for the right candidate

Pay rate : £12.86 per hour

Hours : 06:00 - 14:00 Monday – Friday

Working for a leading manufacturer with fantastic career progression opportunities, with training provided in a new state of the art site with excellent facilities.

The role of the position:

• Assembling powered and non-powered equipment using a variety of components

• Using hand and air tools to build and inspect quality products

• Keeping the work area safe, clean, and organised

• Ensuring all operations are meet with the companies high-quality standards

The ideal candidate will have :

• Previous experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively in an assembly or warehouse environment

• A strong, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks

• Good communication skills to work well with the team and follow instructions clearly

• Excellent timekeeping and reliability showing up on time and ready to work every day

• Attention to detail to ensure every product meets the required quality standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and organised workspace at all times
