Location: Leicestershire

Hours: 2:30pm to 10:30pm OR 4:30pm to 12:30pm Mon to Fri

Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour

About the Role

Our client, a leading manufacturer of architectural joinery products is looking for a skilled and reliable Assembly Operative to join their production team.

You will be responsible for assembling a range of high–quality joinery products using hand and power tools, working in line with technical specifications and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble joinery products to specification using power tools (e.g., impact drills, electric screwdrivers)Read and interpret basic assembly instructions and work ordersCheck all parts for quality and accuracy prior to and after assemblyWork safely and efficiently within a production teamMaintain a clean and organised work areaSupport continuous improvement and meet production targetsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in an assembly or production role (ideally in joinery, manufacturing, or engineering)Confident using power tools, including drills and screwdriversGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and hands–on attitude
