Assembly Operative

Description

We're looking for reliable, hands–on Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing team. If you've got a good eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, and like being part of a team that gets things done – this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

Assembling components to specification

Using hand and power tools (training provided if needed)

Carrying out quality checks to ensure standards are met

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Following health and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is an advantage (but not essential)

Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative

Good attention to detail

Reliability and a positive attitude
