Starting rate £13p/h + Overtime at Premium Rate

Standard days - No Weekends

A well-established manufacturing business, operating in a modern, clean, and bright environment, are now looking to expand their sub-assembly team and recruit an assembly fitter. This is a permanent opportunity following completion of a probation period, with excellent training and long-term career prospects.

What You'll Do As Our Assembly Fitter:

Assemble metal drawers, cabinets and components for vehicles

Use hand tools to complete builds

Work with both metal and plastic components

Follow basic drawings and assembly instructions

What We're Looking For In Our Assembly Fitter:

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

Joinery, furniture, or window/door manufacturing

Fitting or mechanical assembly

General production or manufacturing roles

(Full training will be provided - so if you have good practical skills and an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!)

Benefits For Our Assembly Fitter:

Permanent contract after probation

Competitive salary (£27,000 - £29,000)

Standard working hours - no weekend work

Overtime paid at a premium
