Account Manager - Carlisle

Adecco Workington are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our progressive client based in Carlisle, operating within a unique and rapidly expanding sector.

Role: Account Manager

Location: Carlisle

Hours: 37.5 per week

Hybrid: 1 day working from home after training

Salary: £25,000 - £28,550 DOE

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team where you'll take the lead in managing key client accounts and contribute to the delivery of high-quality service across a growing portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and contributing to regular client meetings, capturing actions and resolving issues effectively

Ensuring all contractual KPIs are met and maintained, working closely with internal teams to gather and share relevant data

Communicating contractual obligations and client-specific needs clearly across departments to support smooth service delivery

Taking ownership of specific projects or initiatives within your portfolio and seeing them through to completion

Handling day-to-day contract administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and up-to-date records

Working collaboratively with the Contract Manager and wider team to spot opportunities for improving processes
