Yard Supervisor

Are you an organized, hands–on leader with experience in managing busy yard operations? We're looking for a proactive Yard Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team and keep things running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day–to–day yard operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity

Coordinate deliveries, collections, and yard logistics

Supervise and support a team of yard staff, including scheduling and task delegation

Ensure all equipment and machinery is maintained and used safely

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard–free yard environment

Enforce health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar supervisory or yard–based role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Forklift license (required)

Basic IT and admin skills

A commitment to health and safety compliance

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

Candidate must be able to work any days between Monday to Saturday
