KFM are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Lader role for a well established client based in the Brough/Newport area! This is a great position for permanent work in a successful family business

Lead and allocate daily tasks for a team of operativesOversee order picking, checking, and loading to meet distribution targetsRun daily briefs and manage team performanceMaintain accurate records and use the Diplomat systemSupport HR with absences, RTW interviews, and colleague issuesPromote a safe and efficient working environmentAssist with GMP inspections, stock takes, and trainingProvide cover for the Transport & Logistics Supervisor as needed Requirements:
