Job Title: Warehouse Shipping CoordinatorLocation: High WycombeSalary: GBP26,000 - GBP30,000 per annum, depending on experienceEmployment Type: Full TimeShift: Mondays to Fridays 7:30am or 8 am start-40 hours a week/early finish on Friday

Overview:A fast-paced logistics operation is looking for a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to support its shipping and warehouse functions. This hands-on role involves preparing shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely and cost-effective dispatch of goods both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders with accuracyCoordinate shipments to meet internal and external deadlinesEnsure compliance with shipping regulations and cost efficiencyBook and track shipments using UPS WorldEase, FedEx, and DHL systemsSafely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and hand trucksMaintain accurate records using internal systems such as SAPProvide freight quotes and shipping details to relevant teamsMonitor and reorder packaging suppliesSupport general warehouse operations as needed Skills & Experience Required:

Ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience in a warehouse or shipping environmentProficiency with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, DHL)Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systemsKnowledge of handling regulated goods (e.g., lithium batteries, liquids)Forklift certification is an advantage Physical & Mental Demands:

Regular standing, walking, and lifting of heavy parcelsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesBasic math and data entry skills required Work Environment:Warehouse-based role, primarily around packing and shipping stations.

Training:Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
