Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

Non Parity (Before 12 weeks of service):

Rotating shift (4 on 4 off days and nights): 12.95 per hourParity (After 12 weeks of service):

Rotating shift (4 on 4 off days and nights): 13.25 per hour Days only 45 (after parity): 12.21 per hourNights only 45 (after parity): 12.48 per hour Breaks are not being paid for the first 12 weeks. Induction is paid for 4 hours.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

You will be in–loading and unloading trailers, tray washing, baling. Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy including keeping gangways clear and litter removal. Operating conveyors in compliance with Health and Safety. The Warehouse Operative role is physical so you must enjoy the work of a physical nature. Other duties as a warehouse operative may be required.

Typical shift and working hours as a Warehouse Operative:

Day shift: 6am to 6pm 7am to 6pm 8am to 6pmNight shift: 6pm to 6am 7pm to 6am 8pm to 6am 4 shifts maximum per week, no overtime.
