Warehouse Operative - Milton Keynes

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 (DOE) Monday-Friday No Weekends

An established and fast-growing supplier are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their friendly and focused team in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. For this role you must be able to Drive.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper inventory controlRecord and monitor stock movements, deliveries, and collectionsManage returns and quarantine stock, highlighting any product quality issuesReconcile physical stock against system recordsSupport logistics, including preparation for trade events and photoshootsLoad and unload containers, checking all related documentationPrepare and set up customer showroom displaysMaintain compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standardsAssist with general warehouse duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For:

Essential:

Full UK Driving LicenseMinimum 3 years' warehouse experienceStrong attention to detail and high accuracyGood organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesPhysically capable of handling large, heavy goodsSelf-motivated, reliable, and a strong team playerNumerate (GCSE grade C or equivalent)Comfortable working under pressure
