Warehouse Operations Manager Location: London, NW6 (Primary), occasional travel to Ledbury, HerefordshireJob Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend)Salary: GBP42,000 - GBP50,000 depending on experience Join our team as a Production and Fulfilment Operations Manager, overseeing and optimising our fulfilment and print production processes at our London Head Office and coordinating with our larger warehouse in Ledbury.

Day-to-day of the role: Manage and supervise a small team in production and fulfilment tasks.Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely completion of print jobs.Refine warehouse and printing processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvements.Oversee shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing.Facilitate communication between locations regarding logistics, including coordination with our painting studio in Wuxi.Maintain accurate stock control for raw materials and finished products.Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for printing operations.Ensure compliance with fire rating and safety regulations for production materials.Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies for timely delivery of goods.Prepare reports on production and fulfilment operations for management review.Travel to the Ledbury site approximately once every two weeks for coordination tasks.Assist in loading large rolls onto large format printers.Ensure that warehouse staff comply with health and safety regulations and undertake mandatory training. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in production scheduling.Fulfilment or logistics experience is preferable.Strong team management skills to lead and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.Experience with printer operations and maintenance is desirable.Understanding of fire rating and compliance standards for production materials is ideal.Ability to lift large, heavy wallpaper rolls.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Competent in Microsoft Office applications.Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
