We're looking for a hands–on Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing and electrical assembly operations at this Warwick site. You'll oversee goods in/out, inventory accuracy, stock control and team performance–driving operational excellence in a fast–paced, customer–focused environment.

What You'll Do

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, and dispatchLead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 across warehouse and electrical workshopEnsure health & safety compliance and champion a culture of safetyMaintain stock accuracy and optimise ERP/WMS processesIdentify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost controlLiaise with the Electrical Design Team to support bespoke product assemblyWork with suppliers and transport partners to ensure smooth logistics What You'll Bring

Strong leadership and warehouse management experienceKnowledge of ERP systems, stock control and warehouse best practiceHSE awareness and forklift licenceProficient in MS Office and performance reportingConfident in improving processes, solving problems and managing change Desirable:
