Supply Chain & Logistics Assistant (Hybrid role, 3 days office, 2 days WFH)

As a Logistics Assistant, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods in all stages of the Logistics & Supply plan process, both import and export, from sale to payment.

Daily Duties

Continuously review transportation costs to keep costs down where possibleStreamline the Logistics processesMonitor data and spreadsheets to aid smooth transition of shipmentsTrack the transportation progress in conjunction with the preparation of the Import/Export documentationCommunicate clearly with our suppliers and customers, ensuring any complaints are resolved in a timely manner What you'll bring to the job

Strong administration experience including data entry is essentialSome knowledge of Logistics, Import/Export or Supply ChainExcellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong customer focus skillsPositive 'can-do' attitudeAbility to work to achieve deadlinesGood organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise changing and conflicting prioritiesGood Excel level and team player
