Senior Dispatch Operative

Description

A fast–growing and ambitious online retail business is seeking a Senior Dispatch Operative to ensure our client s premium products are dispatched on time and with care. The Senior Dispatch Operative will have worked in a similar high–paced logistical environment and have a strong work ethic. In addition, you will have a strong eye for detail, good communication skills, and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, process & dispatch all customer orders accurately & on time to meet delivery deadlines Uphold quality standards, focusing on security, presentation & the condition of every item dispatched Liaise with customer service, framing & sales teams to quickly resolve any order or delivery issues Push beyond regular hours when needed to ensure urgent orders & high volumes are handled without delays Support other departments, such as framing, goods–in as needed dependent on business demands

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

Previous experience working in a similar high–paced logistics environment Good communication skills Attention to detail, team player, organised and strong work ethic Be happy to work out of hours to complete urgent and high–volume orders

Salary: circa GBP40,000 + benefits
