As a Clinical Lead, you will:Lead and manage the clinical care team.Provide hands–on leadership and support staff development.Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning.Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.Offer clinical leadership across both day and night shifts.

The ideal Clinical Lead candidate will have:Registered Nurse status with an NMC PIN.Experience in a senior nurse or leadership role, preferably in a care home.Flexibility to work both days and nights.A passion for person–centred care in a non–profit setting.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent knowledge of clinical governance and CQC regulations.
