Sales Support Administrator
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: GBP25,000 – GBP30,000 per annum
Type: Full–time, 12 Months Temp–to–Perm
The Role
We re looking for a proactive and detail–driven Sales Support Administrator to join our team and provide essential operational and compliance support across the business. Whether you ve previously worked as a Recruitment Administrator, Contractor Support Coordinator, Workforce Coordination Administrator or Compliance Executive, this is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You ll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly, supporting consultants, managing contractor compliance, and ensuring clients and engineers have what they need, when they need it.
What You ll Be Doing
Handling incoming calls and managing shared inboxesIssuing contractor and client contracts via our CRM and e–sign systemManaging client terms and compliance documentationChasing Right to Work documents, signed contracts, and work seeker agreementsCoordinating tools, equipment orders, and stock levelsLiaising with consultants, clients, and contractors across projectsBooking medicals and Drug & Alcohol screenings for rail contractorsChasing late timesheets and supporting weekly payrollRunning weekly reports on current contractors, finishers, verified ID, and AWRUpdating internal PowerPoint wallboards and tracking missing informationConducting compliance checks on umbrella companiesGeneral admin including handling reference requests, contract deletions, and document trackingSupporting team WhatsApp comms and helping engineers stay on track
What We re Looking For
Strong admin or coordination experience (ideally in recruitment, engineering, or compliance)Confident communicator with great attention to detailAble to juggle priorities in a fast–paced, delivery–focused environmentFamiliar with CRMs, e–sign systems, or contractor compliance? Even betterSomeone who genuinely enjoys being the go–to person behind the scenes
