Removals Person - Drivers & Operatives

Gamble & Co. is a new removals start-up based on the outskirts of Portsmouth, and we’re recruiting self-employed, casual team members to join us from day one. If you’d like to help shape our journey and grow alongside us, read on.

Positions Available:

Driver & Removal Operative (must be aged 25+ with a clean UK Category B driving licence)

Removal Operative (Labour-only)

What We Offer:

Self-employed, casual work - choose the assignments you want

Approximately £150 per day, paid by direct bank transfer

Company van, uniform and all necessary equipment supplied

We handle bookings, marketing and vehicle maintenance—focus on the removals

Steady growth as we build our reputation together

Opportunity to move into contracted employment as the business expands

Location Covering Hampshire & West Sussex, with muster points on the outskirts of Portsmouth at Catherington (PO8) and Drayton (PO6).

About You:

Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy items

Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

Strong communicator and team-player

Previous removals or manual-handling experience is advantageous but not essential
