Location: High Wycombe

Shift: Rotating weekly shifts

Hours: Monday Friday 6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm (37.5 hours)

Pay rate: GBP15.59 per hour

Temporary – Permanent

Our client is a global leader in the development and application of electrically conductive and thermal materials, working within various industries such as automotive, defense and industrial.

The successful Production Operative will ideally have previous production or assembly experience within a manufacturing organisation.

This is a varied and challenging position for the successful candidate, which will draw from a broad range of skills including problem solving, multitasking, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Production Operative:

Re labelling and repackaging of products.Inspects parts to assure conformance to specificationsCheck product produced by machine for quality.Troubleshoot basic machine problems and quality issues.Prepare all materials that are to be loaded into the machine.Splicing, bonding small parts togetherMake sure all materials are loaded into the machine in a quick, efficient manner so that downtime is limited.Keep work area clean and free from debris.Clean machine and work area at the end of each shift.
