Reach Truck Driver – Full–Time Position

Location: Rugby Hours: 09:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday Pay: 12.50 per hour

Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join the warehouse team at our Rugby site. This is a full–time role offering consistent hours and competitive pay. The ideal candidate will have a valid or expired Reach Truck license and previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Reach Truck safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods

Load and unload vehicles and maintain accurate stock locations

Support general warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock rotation

Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the working area

Candidate Requirements

Valid or Expired Reach Truck license (RTITB or equivalent)

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role

Good attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards

Comfortable working in a fast–paced environment
