We re looking for a practical, compassionate and solutions-focused Operations Manager to lead the smooth running of our three vibrant sites across Preston, supporting a dedicated team of staff and over 100 volunteers delivering meaningful outdoor activity

About the Role

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, ensuring that our gardens, workshops, and outreach programmes run safely, smoothly and in line with our values. You'll manage day-to-day site operations, lead logistics and volunteer coordination, and support our delivery teams to provide a safe, inclusive and enriching environment for all.

You ll work closely with our CEO and wider team to:

Oversee day-to-day operations across three diverse sites

Coordinate rotas, site logistics, tools, and vehicles

Support delivery of therapeutic and community programmes

Lead and support a brilliant team of staff and volunteers

Ensure policies, health and safety and safeguarding standards are met

Help gather outcomes and evidence for funders and partners
