What You'll Do:

As an Clinical and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our inventory management processes. Your analytical skills will help us maintain optimal stock levels, minimise waste, and support our commitment to delivering high–quality healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyse inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with various departments to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels.Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Prepare detailed reports on inventory metrics and trends to support decision–making.Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.Provide support during audits and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in inventory management or analysis, preferably within the pharmaceuticals industry.Strong analytical and problem–solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
