You will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production targets are met.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring production runs smoothlyLead and motivate a team, providing guidance and supportEnsure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policiesMonitor stock levels and coordinate the movement of materialsAssist with problem-solving and drive continuous improvementsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and other departments What We're Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environmentLeadership or supervisory experience is highly desirableStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsGood understanding of Health & Safety and quality control proceduresWillingness to work on a rotating shift pattern What's In it for you?
