Salary: 37,000 – 40,000 + benefits

Summary:

This is an exciting time to join a growing company within healthcare logistics. You will ensure the smooth running, health and safety and profitability of the depot where compliance and customer satisfaction are the key drivers. Responsible for the operational management of all the warehouse and distribution functions and leading and motivating a team of c15 staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the Health and Safety of all staff, contractors and visitorsRecruit, motivate and appraise a team of warehouse staff and driversPlanning and organising the depot workloadsManaging the financial budgetsEnsuring full compliance in a regulated environment

Experience:

In depth knowledge of transport and warehouse operationsPrevious managerial experiencePC literateFinancially astute and able to manage budgets and cost controlExcellent leadership skillsCustomer focused and able to work in a fast paced environment.Previous temperature controlled distribution preferredProcessing Your Data
