This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in strengthening their International Operations function.

What You'll Be Doing: Maintain, review, and create tariffs with agreed rates in collaboration with directors and the sales teamOrganise and manage shipments from start to finish alongside the Supervisor and ManagerBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, transport companies, and suppliersPrepare quotations for import, export, and cross-trade within agreed timeframesStay informed on market conditions and industry trendsMonitor and report shipment status to clientsResolve pricing queries or complaints, escalating when necessaryReview customs clearance paperwork and submit NES/import entries as requiredHandle ATA Carnets and Temporary Importation processesCommunicate effectively with colleagues and relevant departmentsTake full responsibility for import and export shipments What We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 years' experience in the transport and logistics industry, with a strong understanding of road freight and customs clearanceExcellent communication and customer service skillsA proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail What's On Offer: The opportunity to join a supportive and experienced teamStandard working hours with a healthy work-life balance21 days holiday plus 1 additional day at ChristmasA collaborative and professional working environment The ideal candidate will have experience gained in a similar role, be within a commutable distance to our client's office in Kings Hill, and be available to work full-time on-site.
